Media Relations Case Study
Key initiatives included announcing an engagement with a property owner in Florida to bring in Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as UCR’s engagement with the Shops at Mansfield to bring a new Kroger Marketplace concept store to Mansfield, Texas.
Most recently, UCR held is second annual “Retail as Art” program – a scholarship contest designed to showcase the best local student photography capturing the true essence of Dallas retail. HCK2 positioned UCR in front of the media as the event host, creating arms into the community and supporting local inner-city youth. HCK2’s media outreach efforts for this event included drafting, distributing and pitching pre- and post-event press releases, resulting in print and broadcast coverage of the contest.
